All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€). Where required by law, prices include applicable VAT. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, and product availability without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, stock shortages, or legal compliance issues are suspected.

  • Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 60 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging where applicable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. Chicealia cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by our Warranty Policy where applicable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the affected order.
